HEDD

How long does that reverb tail really last? Berlin’s HEDD makes studio monitors and headphones for hearing into a recording, from nearfield speaker pairs to HEDDphone designs. Our collection includes A-CORE and MK2 monitors, BASS subwoofers and several headphone options (the fade deserves as much attention as the first hit). Choose a listening setup around the room, the session and the details you need to judge.

HEDD’s Air Motion Transformer technology connects its monitor tweeters with the HEDDphone TWO’s full-range driver. In the headphones, varying the width and depth of the diaphragm folds extends the AMT principle across the audio spectrum. The adjustable HEDDband lets you change the fit and clamping pressure for longer sessions.

Analogue controls or DSP adjustment? A-CORE monitors offer analogue signal processing, while MK2 models add Lineariser phase correction and closed or ported operation. Our range spans TYPE 05 and TYPE 07 pairs through larger TYPE 20 and TYPE 30 options, alongside BASS 08 and BASS 12 subwoofers. For HEDDphone TWO, factor suitable headphone amplification into the setup.
