TC Electronic started with a chorus and flanger guitar pedal, built in the Rishøj family kitchen in Aarhus in 1976. Within a decade brothers Kim and John had the 2290 delay in studio racks everywhere, then came the M5000, the System 6000 and the Reverb 4000, and the Finalizer. We’ve got TC reverbs, delays, mastering processors and the Gold Channel coming through.
The 2290 is the one people still ask for: a long, clean digital delay with dynamic ducking, so the repeats step back while the vocal is singing. There’s also the 2240 parametric EQ, and for big-room reverb the M5000 mainframe, the M6000 and option cards for the System 6000 (the Reverb 4000 is the single-engine stereo version, with Reverb 6000 and M5000 reverbs inside).
The rest of the range is just as useful: the M2000, M3000 and M-One XL for effects, the Reverb 6000, the D-Two rhythm delay, the Finalizer Plus and Finalizer 96K mastering processors, the Gold Channel preamp and the Clarity M loudness meter for your monitoring chain.
