Apogee Symphony I/O MkII 16x16 SE Module Card
The Apogee Symphony I/O MkII 16x16 SE Module is Apogee's highest-performing expansion card, engineered specifically for mastering houses and critical mixing environments. Dropping directly into any open Symphony Mk II chassis slot, this Special Edition card provides 16 channels of simultaneous analog inputs and outputs via high-density DB-25 connections, delivering the lowest distortion and widest dynamic range in Apogee’s history.
The Special Edition architecture leverages dual-summing ESS Sabre32 DACs per channel pair to provide an astonishing input and output dynamic range. With a microscopic total harmonic distortion rating (), it ensures absolute phase coherence, perfect transient accuracy, and pristine imaging for analog outboard processing and complex Dolby Atmos monitor layouts.
Key Features
- Special Edition Performance: Outperforms standard modules with upgraded components, offering Apogee's most accurate, uncolored audio pathway to date.
- High-Density Analog Layout: Adds 16 line-level inputs and 16 line-level outputs via four rugged DB-25 connectors to streamline outboard routing.
- Immersive Mixing Foundation: Ideal for running ultra-precise, phase-aligned multi-channel surround and or Dolby Atmos speaker setups.
- Coaxial Digital I/O: Features additional stereo S/PDIF input and output paths via rear RCA ports for seamless integration with external reference hardware.
- Flexible Chassis Support: Fully compatible with any modern Symphony Mk II system variant, allowing simple field-installation and hardware scaling.
