Burl Audio B2 ADC

The Burl Audio B2 Bomber ADC is a reference 2-channel 24-bit/192kHz A/D converter engineered to bring analog depth, weight, and dimensional realism to digital recording. Unlike conventional converters that rely on cheap operational amplifiers and IC-based input stages, the B2 Bomber features Burl Audio’s custom BX1 input transformers delivering the warmth, dynamic saturation, and feel of tracking to 2-inch tape.

Pushing analog levels into the proprietary BX1 transformer stage saturates signal transients smoothly, rounding off harsh peaks and adding low-end weight without digital clipping.

Designed specifically for tracking, mix capture, and mastering workflows, the front panel features a 6-position attenuator to quickly readjust input headroom settings. Simultaneous RMS LED metering provides continuous visual tracking of signal levels, ensuring precise gain staging before hitting your DAW.
