The LCD-4z is a leading open back planar magnetic headphone that reimagines the performance of Audeze's legendary flagship LCD-4 chassis. Engineered to deliver a masterclass in musical transparency, detail and spatial depth.
LCD-4z feature an advanced, low-impedance voice-coil design operating at an efficient 15 ohms, meaning it can be driven effortlessly straight from the output of your laptop, professional audio interface, or mobile device.
At its core is Audeze's most powerful Double Fluxor™ Magnetic Array, which generates a large amount of uniform magnetic force to move its drivers with instantaneous control. The immense magnetic power drives a virtually weightless Nanoscale Uniforce™ diaphragm. Paired with patented Fazor™ waveguides, this architecture reduces transient lag and phase smearing to deliver precision with ultra-low distortion.
Audeze overhauled the physical design of the traditional LCD platform by replacing classic wood rings with a sleek, precision cast magnesium chassis and yokes. The housing is an ultra-lightweight magnesium build with a carbon fibre suspension headband and leather ear cushions to provide maximum comfort during long sessions.

We provide free shipping when spending more than £99 (up to 30kg) and Next Day delivery included on all orders completed before 12pm (noon!) so you don’t have to pay extra or wait long to start enjoying your new equipment.

With such a wide range of products we cant stock everything at all times.
The product page will display if an item is in stock. If it is marked as pre-order, you can place your order as normal and await its arrival into stock.
Please get in touch for an estimated shipping date. This may vary depending on stocking level with the manufacturer and/or distributor.
What warranty do you get with new gear?
Minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Some manufacturers may also extend this (please see their respective websites for more information).

Can I test the equipment before I buy it?
