Spectra 1964 STX 500
Found in legendary studios like Stax, Ardent, the Record Plant and more, Spectra recording desks were used to record some of the most influential albums of all time. For over 40 years, the Spectra sound has made its way onto countless hit records, including John Lennon's Imagine, Bruce Springsteen's Born to Run, Aerosmith's Toys in the Attic and more.
Now you can bring your tracks to life with the same classic sound. Dial in thick kicks, beefy basses and powerful vocals with the tight, punchy low band. Or use the high band to add brilliance and shimmer to acoustic instruments like drums, guitars and vocals. The STX 500 is a high-quality product manufactured in the US by Spectra 1964 at their Ogden facility. (Over 95% of the sourced components within all Spectra1964 originate from the US or European suppliers).
