Our collection includes STX modules, the C610 and V610, with options for recording and mix processing. Start with the job: microphone gain, tonal adjustment or controlling transients (the loudest peak rarely gives you notice).
The C610 retains the 601 compressor/limiter circuit from William G. Dilley’s original Model 610, paired with a 101 amplifier for make-up gain. Its design provides separate peak-limiting and compression functions. For a modular setup, our 500 series units include STX 100 and STX 100D preamps, plus the STX 600 Complimiter. The STX 500 adds two-band EQ when connected directly to an STX 100; it cannot operate independently.
